The Parent Board & Committee Chairs is an organized group of volunteers who assist the coaches with tasks other than the coaches' responsibilities. The purpose of this group is not to participate in coaching, but to assist in responsibilities such as managing finances, organizing sign-ups and registrations, coordinating volunteers, etc. The Parent Board consists of a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer as elected by the previous' season's families for the following swim team summer season. The board is also responsible for securing Greater Forsyth Swim League representatives to attend all league meetings on behalf of the Oak Valley Orcas. Committee chairs lead several committees.
