Welcome to the Oak Valley Swim Team!

The Oak Valley swim team is open to children ages 5-18 who are members of the Oak Valley Pool.

All swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters without assistance or a life jacket by May 17 (first day of practice) to remain on the team. Our team will provide swimmers the opportunity for competitive summer swimming as well as an opportunity for beginner swimmers to learn about competitive swimming, but it is not for beginning swim lessons.

The fee for 2021 is $100 per swimmer (includes team t-shirt and swim cap if registered by May 8). Your family/teen must be a member of the Oak Valley Pool in good standing by Memorial Day in order to participate on the Oak Valley Swim Team.

Swimmers must compete in at least two swim meets in order to qualify for the Championship Meet and to receive the end-of-season participation gift. 

Parents of each family are required to volunteer at three meets. Volunteer registrations must be completed by May 31, or your child(ren) will not be eligible to swim in a meet. If you do not show up for a volunteer position, your child(ren) will not swim in the next meet.

This year heat sheets should be emailed by noon on the day of the meet. It is each swimmer's responsibility to print the heat sheet before coming to the meets.

Home meet warm-up times are from 5:00-5:15pm (arrive by 4:45) and away meet warm-ups are from 5:15-5:30pm (arrive by 5:00). Please arrive at the pool before stated warm-up times.
